Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order for you, we handle returns a little differently than a store that holds stock.

• Defects and errors: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, at no cost to you.
• Sizing: please check the size guide before ordering. Since items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen, but reach out and we will do our best to help.
• How to start: email info@seawolfadventures.ca with your order number and a photo if the item is defective.
